Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and be familiar with Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations. The HR Assistant will support the HR department in various aspects of employee management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, explaining company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, changes in employment status, and other relevant data.
- Assist with the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary letters.
- Help implement and administer HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and resolving complaints.
- Support the HR department with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR files.
- Stay up-to-date with Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration.
- Knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
