We are seeking a meticulous and detail-focused Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team.

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting audits of clients’ digital marketing infrastructure to identify areas for improvement
- Analyzing the competitive landscape and uncovering new opportunities for our clients
- Compiling and presenting in-depth analyses and reports, both internally and to clients
- Guiding our Digital Marketing Strategists in refining their tactics based on data insights
You should have a marketing degree or equivalent experience and be well-versed in KPIs and metrics that gauge the effectiveness of email marketing, social media, blogging, SEO, and digital advertising. Previous agency experience is preferred.
At KWSM, you’ll be entrusted with the autonomy to work independently and educate the team on your findings. You’ll develop systems and processes to steer the agency, and we’ll support your continuous learning to enhance your performance consistently.
KWSM follows a 9/80 work schedule, which means we enjoy every other Friday off, allowing us to achieve more in fewer days and relish three-day weekends every other week. Our hybrid schedule includes three days in the office and two days working from home. This is a full-time, salaried, hybrid role that can be based in any of our KWSM offices—CA, NV, or GA.
