Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the CRM system.
- Train and support staff in using CRM tools and features.
- Customer Relationship Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain customers while increasing their loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on customer metrics and sales performance.
- Utilize CRM data for strategic business decision-making.
- Support Marketing and Sales:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with customers.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and refine CRM processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and technologies.
Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in a CRM role or a similar position within engineering offices or contracting companies.
- Experience in finishing materials companies or installation suppliers in the fields of HVAC, aluminum, or decorative finishes.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Odoo and database management.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
