Job Description:

As a Rental Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets for new rental contracts and rental extensions. You will also follow up with existing customers to extend rental agreements and ensure timely vehicle returns. Handling both inbound and outbound sales inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth rental operations are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will help improve the customer experience and ensure that all documentation and system entries are accurate and error-free.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for both new and existing rental agreements.
  • Follow up with existing customers for rental contract extensions and ensure timely payments.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries effectively.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and make recommendations to improve processes.
  • Adhere to rental sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure all customer information is recorded accurately for marketing and documentation purposes.
  • Support the rental sales supervisor in following up overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of customer data, including contact information.

Skills Required:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and strong administrative skills; experience in vehicle rental is an advantage.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Excellent customer service, strong communication skills, teamwork, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
