Job Description:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing brand positioning across Automotive, Electronics, and Watches segments. Your duties will include developing and executing advertising campaigns, media strategies (both offline and digital), organizing events, and ensuring proper branding. You will also oversee showroom branding, lead customer loyalty programs, and handle subsidy management. Additionally, you will manage online product catalogues, improve customer experience with features like live chat and personalized recommendations, and focus on CRM and direct marketing to increase retention. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including principals and OEMs, to ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage brand positioning and marketing strategies.
- Execute media plans, including digital, offline, and POS marketing.
- Organize events like national celebrations, motorsports, and special promotions.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, focusing on ROI and sales outcomes.
- Manage product catalogues and customer-facing website features.
- Oversee direct marketing, CRM, and loyalty programs to improve retention.
- Maintain relationships with OEMs to influence business decisions.
- Manage a marketing team and report to the Head of Business.

What Equips You for the Role:

- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and marketing expertise.
