Job Description:
The role involves preparing various contracts for the department, negotiating contract procedures, and reviewing them. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and update all contracts with suppliers to provide services and materials within all government entities in Ras Al Khaimah, according to approved policies and procedures.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure services, materials, and insurances, ensuring cost-effective pricing.
- Review and evaluate the compliance of service providers, contractors, and external suppliers with their contractual terms, reporting any shortcomings.
- Monitor the timely collection of insurance payments.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports within the set timeframes.
- Provide technical advice on contract management and service provision terms.
