Job Description:
We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator from people with special needs. The role includes monitoring employee attendance, managing the entry/exit systems, and overseeing employee leaves (both internal and external), ensuring their timely return to the head office and company projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track employee attendance and manage the entry system.
- Monitor and manage both internal and external employee leave requests.
- Ensure smooth return of employees to the headquarters and project sites after their leaves.
