Job Description:

At TK Airport Solutions, we lead in the marketing, manufacturing, maintenance services, and modernization of boarding bridges for airports worldwide, establishing ourselves as market leaders and executing international projects.

We are currently looking for a Storekeeper to join our Services Team in the Middle East, based in Doha. The main role of the Storekeeper is to monitor and control the stock of all warehouse items.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive inbound spare parts and consumable materials on a daily basis.
  2. Enter received spare parts into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and the Excel database daily.
  3. Organize received materials in specific warehouse locations daily.
  4. Monitor and control all tools, spare parts, and consumable materials, maintaining inventory records in accordance with the stock flow on a daily basis.
  5. Complete and encode work orders related to preventive maintenance in the CMMS daily.
  6. Coordinate with the HSE Department to manage the stock of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) on a monthly basis.
  7. Submit spare parts issuance reports to superiors daily.
  8. Prepare material requests for consumable materials and PLB spare parts on a weekly basis.

Skills:

  • Technical Components Knowledge: High level
  • Microsoft Office (Excel): Proficient
  • English (Written and Spoken): Intermediate level

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
