Job Description:
Al Mulla Electronics Company is strategically partnering with a global leader and innovator in consumer electronics, home appliances, and HVAC systems. We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to lead AMX, Al Mulla Group’s electronics company. The General Manager will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales and after-sales targets, improving profitability, enhancing client satisfaction, and optimizing market penetration in Kuwait’s B2B and B2C sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional solutions, expand market footprint, enhance client satisfaction, and boost profitability.
- Offer specialized OEM products, including Commercial Air Conditioning and Information Display solutions, for various client projects.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligning with Al Mulla Group’s goals, identifying new growth and expansion opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team, providing support and resources for professional development.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet or exceed their expectations.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance to maximize profitability and ROI, identifying operational excellence opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes, especially in the retail sector.
- Ensure compliance with Al Mulla Group’s policies and relevant regulations, including anti-bribery and corruption laws.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Executive training in business management preferred.
- Experience: 15 – 18 years in sales, marketing, and business management within consumer electronics, home appliances, and HVAC industries, with substantial experience at the managerial level.
- Skills:
- Proven record of effective management and leadership.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, risk management, and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of sales, finance, and overall business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and decision-making expertise.
- Thorough knowledge of compliance regulations, particularly regarding anti-bribery and corruption.
