Job Description:

  • Planning the company’s human resource needs to ensure smooth operations and work improvement, according to approved allocations.
  • Searching for suitable sources to provide competent human resources at appropriate costs.
  • Supervising the recruitment process according to company regulations and in compliance with government labor laws (Labor Law, Insurance Law, Market Authority Law).
  • Monitoring the implementation of employee discipline regulations.
  • Ensuring that all employee entitlements are paid according to current labor laws.
  • Submitting periodic reports to the general management regarding HR activities.
