Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CRM Management:
    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the CRM system.
    • Train and support staff in using CRM tools and features.
  2. Customer Relationship Development:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
    • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain customers while increasing their loyalty.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and distribute regular reports on customer metrics and sales performance.
    • Utilize CRM data for strategic business decision-making.
  4. Support Marketing and Sales:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
    • Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with customers.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  5. Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.
    • Develop and refine CRM processes and procedures.
    • Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and technologies.

Skills:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • At least 4 years of experience in a CRM role or a similar position within engineering offices or contracting companies.
    • Experience in finishing materials companies or installation suppliers in the fields of HVAC, aluminum, or decorative finishes.
    • Familiarity with CRM software like Odoo and database management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
